   Jiana Villa is wonderfully situated in a rural location, ca 2km from the village of Vrisses with its numerous tavernas and shopping facilities. The villa, built of natural stone, stands on a hillside, and can comfortable accommodate a maximum of 8 persons. The comfortable furnishings and fittings of the villa show a love for detail and Greek tradition.

ROUSOSPITI / RETHYMNON

   Thimonies Country Villas consist of three houses; ELIA, RODIA & DAFNI. They are situated outside the village of Rousospiti. The sloping location provides for a wonderful view of the sea.

   Each villa can accommodate 6, maximum 7, persons, on 2 floors. After entering the living area via the terrace, guests will be enchanted by the traditional furnishings and the ambience. A love of detail is mirrored in every room of the villas.

ANISSARAS / HERAKLION

   The Caldera Villas consist of a group of 5 luxury villas built of stone in traditional/classical ambience. The villas are located ca. 2 km from the lively town of Hersonissos, where there are numerous entertainment possibilities, bars, tavernas and souvenir shops.

   Each villa has a total living area of ca. 125 m², which are spread over 2 floors and which can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 6 persons.

RETHYMNON TOWN

   Hotel Macaris, built in terraces, is situated on a slope above the coast road, which separates it from a rocky bay. A nearby bay for swimming offers also water sport possibilities and is 600 m away. To the centre of the beautiful town of Rethymnon and the kilometre-long sandy beach it is ca. 1 km.

DRIMISKOS / RETHYMNON

   This beautiful villa set in a large garden surrounded by old stonewalls, which guarantee privacy, is quietly situated at the border of the mountain village of Drimiskos.

   A few tavernas and a cafe can be found in the village, otherwise a good selection of shops and taverns can be found in the bustling village of Spili some 15 km away.

GEORGIOUPOLIS / CHANIA

   The modern and comfortable complex, consisting of main buidling and several one-storey bungalow buildings, offers through its location directly at the long sandy/fined-pebble beach the necessary feeling of relaxation during a stay. The village of Georgioupolis, with numerous shopping and entertainment possibilities, tavernas, cafes and bars, is 4 km away.

MOURNE / RETHYMNON

   The Metochi Villas are 3 identical buildings, newly built in 2008. Each villa can accommodate a maximum of 4-5 persons; in the grounds is a swimming pool, shared by all villas.

   The villas are situated in the small village of Mourne, ca. 2 km from Spili. The distance to the town of Rethymnon is ca. 29 km.

AGIA TRIADA / RETHYMNON

   The Agios Antonios Villas are situated outside the village of Agia Triada, in a quiet, elevated location. To the picturesque town of Rethymnon it is ca. 10 km. The village of Adele is ca. 1,5 km away and here are the nearest tavernas and shopping facilities; the nearest place for swimming is ca. 3 km.

   Altogether there are 5 villas in the grounds; each villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 persons.

ADELIANOS KAMPOS / RETHYMNON

   This friendly apartment complex consists of several 2 and 3 storey buildings, which spread from the beach of Adelianos Kampos to the old national road. Adelianos Kampos is one of the suburbs of the town of Rethymnon, which is 7 km away. Numerous shopping facilities, bars and tavernas can be found nearby.

ASTERI / RETHYMNON

   The modern villa Anna, which is suitable for up to 8 persons, is situated ca. 1 km from the village of Asteri. The villa stands quietly in the middle of a large garden surround by olive, orange and lemon trees and grapevines. In one part of the garden vegetables are planted, which are for the use of the guests.

EXOPOLIS / GEORGIOUPOLIS / CHANIA

   The newly built Villa Adriana is situated in an elevated location and offers a wonderful view of Georgioupolis and the sea. A living area of ca. 140 m², spread over two floors, provides a maximum of 8 persons with accommodation and is furnished and fitted in modern style.

   Shopping facilities, tavernas and bars can be found in Georgioupolis, ca. 1 km away. The long sandy beach is inviting for spending time here and for relaxing.

   Giorgia Villa is situated in a wonderful rural location, ca. 2 km from the village of Vrisses with numerous tavernas and shopping possibilities. HOUDETSI / HERAKLION

   Petronikolis House has been restored with a love of detail and tradition. Dating from the year 1750 the house now has 4 inviting individual living units. Each apartment, with its own name, offers all the necessary comforts.

   Because of its location directly in the village, shopping facilities and tavernas are nearby.

MAGNISIA / RETHYMNON

   Apollonia Villas is a small complex consisting of 5 houses, which surround a ca. 43 m² swimmingpool. Each house has a living area of ca. 80 m² spread over 2 floors and can accommodate a maximum of 4-6 persons.

   The nearest place to swim is in ca. 2,5 km and shopping possibilities can be found in Stavromenos, ca. 2 km away.

SGOUROUKEFALI / HERAKLION

   Agrielia Villa is situated in the tiny village of Sgourokefali and has been restored with a lot of good judgment and love of detail. Through the combination of classic-modern and traditional utensils, which are reflected in the furnishings, the villa radiates a wonderful ambience leading to the temptation of rest and relaxation.

   The villa offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 persons with a total living area of 153 m².

ASTRATIGO / CHANIA

   Villa Georgios is a traditional house, which is quietly situated in the middle of the sleepy village of Astratigo. The wonderful town of Chania is ca. 30 km, and Kolimbari ca. 5 km away. Here there are numerous shopping possibilities, tavernas and a kilometre-long shingle beach. A mobile bakery brings fresh bread to the village daily.

   Another place to bathe is in ca. 1,8 km, by Afrata.

KROUSONAS / HERAKLION

   These six houses, built with loving care from natural stone, are quietly situated on a mountain slope ca. 12 km from the village of Krousonas. The wonderful inland location offers numerous possibilities for hiking and walking.

   The newly built Villa Mary is quietly situated in the small village of Kalamitsi, up above the popular resort of Georgioupolis. In the village, in ca. 300 m, there is a cafenion. In Georgioupolis, 4,5 km away, there are tavernas, restaurants and cafes as well as shops. Here, at the long sandy beach, is also the next place to swim and sunbathe.

KALAMITSI / CHANIA

   Villa Dimitris is quietly situated in the middle of the tiny village of Kalamitsi and has been restored and tastefully furnished in traditional style. A cafenion is 300 m away. Tavernas, restaurants, cafes as well as shops and mini markets can be found in the 4,5 km distant resort of Georgioupolis with its long, sandy beach.

KALAMITSI / CHANIA

   The newly built Villa Manos is quietly situated in the small village of Kalamitsi. In the village, in ca. 300 m, there is a cafenion, in 4,5 km distant Georgioupolis there are tavernas, restaurants, cafes and shops. Here at the long sandy beach is the nearest place to swim and sunbathe.

LOUTRA / RETHYMNON

   The Villa Athina is quietly situated in the middle of the traditional village of Loutra. A mini market and a taverna can be found in the village. To the long sandy beach of Rethymnon and a choice of shops it is ca. 13 km.

   The villa, suitable for up to 12 persons, consists of 2 storeys.

SFINARI / CHANIA

   Klio Villa belongs to the group of Sfinari Villas and is situated directly in the centre of the village with the same name, ca. 18 km west of Kastelli/Kissamos. The comfortable and luxurious villa can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons, and also provides a 38-m² swimming pool in the grounds.

   Below the Villa Klio is located Villa Sofia and above, the Villa Antonia.

ADELIANOS KAMPOS / RETHYMNON

   Attractive complex, which consist of several bungalows and the main building, is situated directly on the long sand/shingle beach and is ca. 7 km from Rethymnon away.

   Villa Theodoros is a small, pleasant traditional house, which is quietly situated in the sleepy village of Astratigo. The wonderful town of Chania is ca. 30 km away, and Kolimbari 5 km. Here there are numerous shopping possibilities, tavernas, and a kilometre-long shingle beach. A baker brings fresh bread to Astratigo daily. Another place to bathe is ca. 1,8 km, by Afrata.

   In the grounds is the ca. 35m² freshwater swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas. This pool is a communal one and is shared with the neighbouring Villa Olga.

   Villa Olga is a beautiful house in which tradition is reflected. The house is quietly situated in the middle of the sleepy village of Astratigo. The wonderful town of Chania is ca. 30 km, and Kolimbari ca. 5 km away. Here there are numerous shopping possibilities, tavernas and a kilometre-long shingle beach. A baker drives daily through the village of Astratigo, bringing fresh bread. Another place to bathe is ca. 1,8 km away, by the village of Afrata.

   In the outside area is a ca. 35 m² freshwater swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas. This pool is a communal pool, shared by Villa Theodoros, which stands next door.

EXOPOLIS / GEORGIOUPOLIS / CHANIA

   This familiarly run complex is located in a high position, just outside of the village of Exopolis and offers a breathtaking view over the bay of Georgioupolis. To the village of Georgioupolis with its long sandy beach it is ca. 3,5 km. The nearest tavern is only 100 m away. Further taverns, restaurants, cafes, as well as shops and mini markets can be found in the village of Georgioupolis.

MELIDONI / RETHYMNON

   Melidoni-X Village is made up of 5 newly built bungalows, which can accommodate a maximum of 3 and 4 persons. The furnishings provide traditional charm, and in front of each bungalow is a private pool. The small complex is quietly situated outside the village of the same name.

AGIOS NIKOLAOS

   Crystal Hotel consists of 38 rooms and is situated ca. 1,5 km from the centre of Agios Nikolaos. It is located at a small bay and offers a wonder view of the sea. Shopping facilities, tavernas and bars can be found nearby.

   The swimming pool of the neighbouring Hotel Ormos can be used by the guests of Crystal Hotel.

PRINOS / SCALETA / RETHYMNON

   This nice complex consists of 2 buildings and stands quietly with a wonderful view over the sea to Rethymnon. To the main road, with its mini markets and tavernas it is ca. 1 km and ca. 1,5 km to the beach. In the old village of Prinos, which is only 700 m away, one finds a mini market, tavernas and a cafenion.

METOCHI / RETHYMNON

   This house is quietly situated 2 km above the town of Rethymnon where there are shopping facilities, taverns and bars. It is surrounded by a wonderful garden with swimming pool and behind the house there is a small children's playground.

   The house can accommodate up to 5 persons.

SFINARI / CHANIA

   The newly built stone house, Villa Corali, belongs to the group of Sfinari Dream Villas and is quietly situated outside and below the village of the same name. The luxuriously furnished villa offers accommodation for a maximum of 6 persons.

   Nearby are various fish tavernas. The village square from Sfinari is ca. 500 m, here there is a mini market.

   On the neighbouring piece of land stands the stone villa Oasis.

SITIA / LASSITHI

   The Delight Villas are wonderfully situated in a rural location, ca. 2 km away from the town of Sitia. The villas are split into 3 groups, whereby the love of tradition is mirrored in the architecture and the good fixtures and fittings provide for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Each villa has a ca. 32 m² private pool.
