1.
The organiser of the competition is Cretan Holidays Travel Bureau.

Participation is free and is not dependent on a travel booking.
3.
The minimum age for participation is 18 years.
4.
Employees of the company and persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are not allowed to take part.
5.
Participant of the competition is the person to whom the e-mail address belongs and which was used to register in the competion.
6.
It is possible for each participant to partake only once in the competion.
7.
The winner of a prize will receive notification at the e-mail address used for the registration.
8.
The winner must confirm to Cretan Holidays immediately, or at the latest within 2 weeks of receipt of the e-mail, that he/she has received notification of winning, otherwise claim to the prize will be invalid.
9.
The formalities regarding redemption of the prize will be agreed individually with the winner.
10.
The prize consists solely of a stay in a hotel, apartment or holiday home without meals or drinks (unless otherwise notified). Further travel costs and costs involved for the duration of the stay and boarding will be borne by the winner.
11.
A cash payment equivalent to the prize or an exchange of the prize is not possible. The prize cannot be transferred to a third party.

By registration and particpation in the competition you will receive our Newsletter with attractive offers and travel tips. Your personal details will not be divulged to third parties.

Cretan Holidays Travel Bureau reserves the right to change the conditions of participation without further notice.
