The Sivas Villas are made up of two houses (Radamanthis & Epimenidis), built in 1900 and restored in 2004 with a love of detail and tradition. The are situated in the village of the same name and not far away from the village square, which offers a selection of tavernas and cafenions as well as shopping facilities. The beach of Matala is ca. 8km and the beaches of Komos and Kalamaki are ca. 6 km away.
