The old village of Milia, restored with respect and a love of the environment is now operating as a guesthouse all year round.
From Vlatos, a village ca. 25 km south of Kissamos, an unsurfaced road with breathtaking views leads 4,5 km up to this unique village.
The surrounding area, with so many different trees and all kind of herbs, is a real paradise for birds and butterflies. An old paved road and a brook run through the village, from where several walking routes start.
You will not hear any traffic, only the wind blowing through the trees and the bells of sheep and goats.
